Just a quick demo on what I did to set up the rigging for the monowheel animation that me and Victor Garcia did not too long ago.

Futuristic racing scene. My friend Victor Garcia did the modeling based on my concept sketches then I rigged it up. Modeled a simple track with some buildings from turbsquid to show off the model, rigging, and animation of the racers.

Here’s a breakdown from the pool room animation I did for a greyscale gorilla 5 second project themed: Start with a photo. Tor Martin Norvik’s breakdown of spooky scary inspired me to try one out, never done a proper breakdown before as I don’t work with so many passes all that often.

I wanted to try out some camera projection, also made an HDRI for light and reflections. Got some more practice on render passes, etc. It was a fun little project.

Agency: Barkley, Client: Big O Tires. Actor in music video section was shot on green screen. I tracked the moves, created the set in Cinema 4D, keyed and comped him in. (I didn’t do the graphic tag at the end).

I did this about a year ago but wanted to make some tweaks and finish it in HD. My first car was an 81 Malibu just like this one.
